Small businesses are the lifeblood of the American economy. But between the pandemic and a looming reccesion, they had never been in a more fragile state. With the Good Ideas Shops, we were able to use the massive reach of Facebook and Instagram and create real change. We created eye-popping store fronts custom designed to help small business good ideas come to life, and placed them in empty storefronts across the country, and eventually, the world. With simple QR codes, anyone passing the display could shop these businesses who wouldn’t otherwise have such prime real estate.

The idea went further online, with a digital store that displayed all of the businesses and directed them to their individual shops on Facebook and Instagram.

I was fortunate to help bring this idea to life, helping oversee every detail of the build, while also creating a tone and voice that would help get more people to visit the stores in person and online.

And the best part, it worked.

-100% of SMBs saw an increase in brand awareness
- 80% of SMBs saw an increase in sales
